RULES
All publishers that have an activated Webvork affiliate network personal account automatically become participants of the Arab holidays with webvork contest from May 22nd, 2022 to August 1, 2023
All publishers that work with the affiliate network’s offers and receive approvals under CPA or CPL during the time of the contest get bonus points awarded to them in their Webvork personal account.
The more points a publisher gets, the higher their place in the contest ranking will be.
After getting to the top 50 publishers list, a publisher automatically receives the main prize, depending on their place on the list – it’s a guaranteed trip to the United Arab Emirates, or an opportunity to become one of the candidates for the trip
- The day of the final competition results, publishers that take the places from 1st to 15th, automatically win a ticket to go to the UAE with Webvork - Among publishers that take from 16th to 25th places, we’re going to give away 5 tickets for the trip to the UAE with Webvork - Among publishers that take from 26th to 50th places, we’re going to give away 5 tickets for the trip to the UAE with WebvorkPublishers that take the first 15 places in the top will receive their prizes through the Webvork affiliate network manager account
Publishers that take places from 16th to 50th will take part in a raffle, a final online lottery, the main prize of which is going to be a trip to the United Arab Emirates
The final giveaway is going to be announced and held on the day set by the provider of the contest.
All other publishers that don’t make it to the contest finale will receive presents from the bonus store – Webvork Shop
THE TICKET
SYSTEM
All publishers that take part in the contest receive tickets for their payouts
The tickets are assigned according to the following logic: for each 1000 EUR paid out to a publisher, they get 1 ticket (regardless of the model they used – CPA/CPL)The tickets are issued depending on the advertiser coefficient, at the same moment as a publisher is getting their payout from Webvork
The number of bonus tickets can be changed unilaterally by the company organizing the contest
If a publisher has several accounts, then all their tickets are added together in one of them. To review the tickets calculation, the publisher must provide their affiliate network personal manager with details in each of their active accounts

TICKETS
Publishers that increase their payouts relative to the previous month by 10% or more, will get extra tickets for their payout growth
The added bonus for increasing payouts comprises 2 tickets
EXAMPLE: May 2022 – 10,000 EUR paid out. The publisher gets 10 tickets. June 2022 – 11,000 EUR paid out. The publisher gets 11 tickets + 2 tickets for their payout growth relative to the previous monthDuring the span of the contest, the Webvork affiliate network retains the right to increase payouts for certain offers or GEOs
This way, all publishers that participate in the contest have the opportunity to drive traffic to offers under increased payouts and win twice as many tickets
EXAMPLE: May 2022. Artrolux offer payout is set at 35 EUR. A publisher needs to get 28 approvals to collect 1 ticket. Calculation: 1000 EUR / 35 EUR = 28.5 approved applications June 2022. Artrolux offer payout is set at 45 EUR. A publisher needs to get 22 approvals to collect 1 ticket. Calculation: 1000 EUR / 45 EUR = 22.5 approved applicationsThe offers set with multipliers for increased payouts will be announced and updated in a timely manner in the affiliate network personal accounts over a span of the entire contest

PRIZES GIVEAWAY
All publishers that take part in the Arab holidays with webvork and get to the top 50 have the opportunity to win the main contest prize – a trip to the United Arab Emirates

To participate in the online contest, a publisher needs to get to the top 50. This list is going to be updated daily on the official website of the Arab holidays with webvork contest
On the day of finalizing the contest results, during the online giveaway, the contest providers are going to announce the list of IDs of the publishers that will get the main prize – a trip to the UAE with Webvork
During the online giveaway, we’re going to announce the contestants that win the guaranteed prizes and then hold the giveaway among the remaining 2 finalists’ groups
The idea behind the main prize: Publishers that take places from 1st to 15th, automatically win a ticket to go to the UAE with Webvork Among publishers that take from 16th to 25th places, we’re going to give away 5 tickets for the trip to the UAE with Webvork Among publishers that take from 26th to 50th places, we’re going to give away 5 tickets for the trip to the UAE with WebvorkOn the day of finalizing the contest results, the rest of the publishers from the top 50, whose names will be randomly picked, will also win the UAE trip tickets
During the giveaway, the names of all contest finalists of 2 of the remaining top 50 groups will be written on special draw tickets. The number of tickets for each publisher will be calculated based on their position in the top 50 list.
The tickets for the contest finalists that take positions from 16th through 50th will be calculated based on the number of tickets earned by a publisher over the span of the contest
Example: 16th place. A publisher with ID number 34567 withdrew 10,000 EUR of payouts during the entire contest and got 10 tickets. Therefore, 10 tickets with their name will be added to the online giveaway 17th place. A publisher with ID number 45678 withdrew 15,000 EUR of payouts during the entire contest and got 15 tickets. OPERATIONS
During the span of the contest, publishers can exchange the bonus points they save up for presents from the Webvork affiliate network store
Bonus points are added to publishers in their personal accounts, according to the rates of certain offers under CPA/CPL. They serve as a currency for exchanging presents at WebvorkShop
WebvorkShop is open for all publishers regardless of the contest dates.
The value of each item in the store is set in bonus points on the store’s website
The overall number of presents picked by a single publisher is not limited.
The exchange of bonus points to prizes is possible at any time, it is not related to the contest dates
The value of the items in WebvorkShop are graded in 2 statuses: TOP, NEW
It’s forbidden to reserve WebvorkShop items beforehand, you can only get your guaranteed present at the moment of exchanging it for the full amount of points.
The item availability at a certain time in the future cannot be guaranteed.
It’s forbidden to exchange WebvorkShop items for any currency, including cryptocurrency.
Items picked out by a publisher will be delivered to them according to the delivery order set by the provider
TRIP TO
THE UNITED
ARAB EMIRATES
After finalizing the results of the contest, all publishers that win the tickets to the United Arab Emirates will take this trip together with Webvork
All the details about the trip and its duration will be provided to the winners on an individual basis
The provider company retains the right to collect and process confidential information of the contest winners in order to buy the trip tickets
During the stay in the UAE, all winning publishers will be invited to the gala dinner in honor of the contest finale
GENERAL
TERMS
If a publisher is caught violating the rules of the contest (fraud, use of prohibited traffic sources, and any other violations), the affiliate network reserves the right to deactivate all contest tickets from the account of this publisher. In case of repeated violations by the publisher, their account will be completely blocked from the system
Any kind of transfer or exchange of contest tickets for any kind of currency, including crypto, is prohibited.
The images used on the Arab holidays with webvork website are promotional materials
The winning publisher has the opportunity to replace the main prize with a cash equivalent corresponding to the value of the main prize, on an individual basis, by mutual agreement between the publisher and the provider company
